(Collinsville, OK) Strong thunderstorms blowing through this rural community brought plenty of surprises. Last Monday Alan Ward must have had a tough night of sleep. While an actual tornado was not declared, something big happened to Ward’s 5,400 pound travel trailer.

rolling-trailer.jpgWard says he’s happy to have had his rig insured, as in the typical Oklahoman understatement, the local paper said, “The unit looked to have considerable damage done as a result of it being toppled.”

Toppled? Read that, blown off a pad, and rolled at least twice after being blasted through a fence.

Bless their hearts.
