(Collinsville, OK) Strong thunderstorms blowing through this rural community brought plenty of surprises. Last Monday Alan Ward must have had a tough night of sleep. While an actual tornado was not declared, something big happened to Ward’s 5,400 pound travel trailer.
Ward says he’s happy to have had his rig insured, as in the typical Oklahoman understatement, the local paper said, “The unit looked to have considerable damage done as a result of it being toppled.”
Toppled? Read that, blown off a pad, and rolled at least twice after being blasted through a fence.
Bless their hearts.
